Compact spaces, properly waterproofed and tiled
Laundries reworked with correct floor falls, waterproofing and durable finishes across Melbourne + Geelong homes.
What’s involved
Laundries take as much water exposure as a bathroom but are often built without proper waterproofing or floor falls. We treat every laundry reno as a wet-area job: membrane first, falls to the drain, then tiling and fixture refit.
Compact footprints mean careful setout around trough, machine and cabinetry positions, which we plan before the first tile is cut.

Common questions
Does a laundry need to be waterproofed by law?
Yes — laundries are classified as wet areas under AS 3740 and require a compliant membrane.
Can you fit a floor waste if there isn't one?
We coordinate with a licensed plumber to add or relocate a floor waste as part of the job.
How long does a laundry reno take?
Most laundry renovations take three to five days including waterproofing cure time.
